Rutherford County, TN October 22, 2025, Rutherford County Property Assessor's Office is pleased to announce enhanced access to property information verification services through a newly prominent feature on the department's website.
In an ongoing effort to improve citizen services and streamline access to important property data, the Property Assessor's Office has made property verification tools more accessible by placing a direct link prominently on the homepage at www.rcpatn.com.

Scammers are targeting Eagleville! They are creating invoices based on public records and sending them from convincing email addresses to citizens doing business with the City. They pose as Employees, City Officials or Boards and Commissions demanding payment.
The City will NEVER ask you to wire money or send gift cards.
If you receive an email from the City of Eagleville requesting funds and are uncertain of its legitimacy, please call City Hall at (615) 274-2922 for clarification.

Community Events
First Fridays
First Fridays, hosted by Eagleville merchants, usually run April through September each year from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Fall Festival
The Fall Festival is held on the first Saturday of Fall, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The 2026 date for the Fall Festival is September 26th. Vendor applications will be available no sooner than July 1st. There will be a link here at that time or you may stop in at City Hall to pick an application.
Ornament Ceremony and Tree Lighting
The Ornament Ceremony and Tree Lighting is held the Sunday following Thanksgiving at 4:15 p.m. The 2026 date is November 29th.
Christmas Parade
The 2026 Christmas Parade will be held on December 12th. The Christmas parade is held annually on the second Saturday in December. Times may vary.
Beginning in 2024, all parade entrants are REQUIRED to submit an application. As the parade continues to grow, the CIty needs to have information on file from those participating.
