The Eagleville City Park is relatively new to our town, but the entire area has quickly embraced it and has a difficult time remembering how we ever got along without it! The park features a fenced in Playground, covered picnic Pavilion, 3 Baseball/Softball fields, the best concession food around, and a newly completed walking trail. We welcome residents and visitors alike to come and spend some time enjoying what our park has to offer.
The picnic pavilion can be rented out for parties, reunions or any special event. To reserve a time, please Email Jesse Napier or call (615) 274-2922.
A few years ago, The City Park of Eagleville secured a $300,000.00 grant. This grant has allowed us to continue improving the park by adding lighting, a concession stand, playground equipment and fences. These (and many more) improvements have made the City of Eagleville’s Park safer and more enjoyable for our entire community.
These expenditures represent a lot of effort by many people to raise funds and the sweat labor to finish the work. But, there is still much to be done including completion of the parking area and the walking trail. You can help support our park by direct donations, volunteering, or by supporting the various fundraising events sponsored by the Park. All proceeds from these events will go directly to the completion of the park projects and future improvements, so mark your calendars and plan to come on out and lend your support. Currently, the walking trail has not been named – for a generous donation the trail can be named in honor of a family member, friend, or business.
